Every BONDWOVEN portrait is created from the photo and details you provide. This policy explains the artwork, approval, revision, and production process.
1. Photo review
After checkout, we review the uploaded photo. If it is unclear, cropped, heavily filtered, or otherwise unsuitable, we will ask for a replacement. See the Pet Photo Guide.
2. First proof
We normally email the first digital proof within 24–48 business hours. This timeframe begins once we have a suitable photo and all required personalization details. Peak periods or complex requests may require additional time.
3. Included revisions
Each order includes up to two revision rounds. A revision round may include reasonable adjustments to the existing portrait, such as minor line, placement, or text changes. A new photo, a new composition, or a substantially different concept may require an additional fee and a revised schedule.
4. Customer approval
Please review the pet likeness, spelling, optional date, product, size, color, and artwork placement. Reply to the proof email with approval or clear revision notes. Your approval is final authorization to produce the item.
5. Production
The order remains outside production until artwork approval. After approval, the final file is sent to our fulfillment partner. Changes, cancellations, or size and color corrections are generally not possible once production begins.
6. Response deadlines
We will send reminders if we do not receive a response. Orders cannot enter production without approval. Long customer delays will extend delivery estimates. If we cannot obtain approval after repeated contact, the order may remain on hold until you respond.
7. Customer-provided content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every uploaded photo, name, date, and instruction. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may refuse content that cannot be lawfully or safely produced.
8. Artistic interpretation
Signature Sketch is an artistic interpretation, not a photographic reproduction. Natural variation in line work, garment color, printing, screen display, and product placement is expected. The approved proof is the reference for production.
9. Privacy and portfolio use
Customer photos are used to create and fulfill the order. We do not publish a customer’s photo or finished personalized artwork for marketing without separate permission. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Seller and payment processing
BONDWOVEN is a brand owned and operated by Ottodigital di Giulia Dalmazio. Payments are processed and invoices are issued by Ottodigital di Giulia Dalmazio.
