What kind of photo works best?
Use a sharp, well-lit photo taken at eye level. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots and images where ears or the face are cropped.
Can I include two pets?
Yes. Select two animals in the personalizer and upload one clear photo for each pet. The additional portrait is $15.
Will I see the artwork before production?
Yes. A digital preview is included and production begins only after approval.
Can I add a name or date?
Every portrait can include your pet’s name, an optional date and the phrase “Forever Woven”.
