Who controls your data

- Order and transaction information, including products, personalization choices, order status, and payment confirmation. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by BONDWOVEN.
- Pet photos, pet names, dates, instructions, and other content you upload for personalization.

- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, cookies, and similar technologies.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create the requested artwork and send digital proofs;
- process, fulfill, ship, and support orders;
- communicate about approvals, revisions, delivery, and customer service;

- measure and improve the website, products, and marketing where permitted;

Pet photos and personalized artwork
