How personalization works

- Upload one clear pet photo and add the personalization details.
- Receive the first digital proof within 24–48 business hours.
- Request up to two revision rounds or approve the artwork.
- After approval, the final design is sent to production.

Fit & care
This sweatshirt runs small. For a more relaxed fit, order one size larger than your usual size. Review the size guide carefully because personalized items cannot be exchanged for an incorrect size selection.
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the printed artwork.
Made for your bond
Each crewneck is made on demand after artwork approval. Artwork, production, and shipping are separate stages. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment.
